PURCHASE - step by step

Find your desired item.
Add the item to the basket by clicking on the button ”Add to basket” (Please note that some items require you to fill out more than one step.

You can now continue shopping if you wish to buy more items.
You can change the number of certain items or delete them from the basket by either clicking the button “delete” or simply changing the number of a specific item and clicking “update”. Afterwards you can see your new total. Then go to checkout by pressing “checkout”.

On the following page you will have to create an account or checkout as guest and enter customer information and other shipping Address if necessary. Click on continue. Then choose shipping or pick up at store and what form of payment you want.

Confirm order – summary of ordering and the data you have entered.
Your order will only be sent when you click on “confirm order”. If you leave the page before confirming the ordering will be canceled.

Stayonstickers sends you an order confirmation by mail right after the order is received. When we have executed your order it is ready for pickup or shipping, and you will receive a notification on mail.

Regarding use of commercial logos and other elements which needs to be included in your order (IMPORTANT!)

It is your responsibility that you have acquired permission for the use of logos or specific design elements which are included in the design.

When you ask us to use specific logos you hereby consent that you have obtained the necessary permissions. Therefore, will all claims and copyright issues apply to you.

The series and design elements used on our website are our own and require no permission to use for our customers.


Stayonstickers.dk webshop accept payment with Dankort/VISA-Dankort, MasterCard, Maestro and Visa elektron. The payment is debited to your account when the order is ready for pickup or shipped. The shop encrypts all your card information with the so-called SSL (Secure Sockey Layer) protocol. It means that unauthorized persons can’t read your card number or any other information under the transaction with TELLER A/S. note: We encourage the use of debit cards in our shop because SSL protocol is the most secure form of payment on the internet.


Stayonstickers provides delivery with Post Danmark (unless otherwise indicated) to the receiver. Timely delivery requires however that Post Danmark meets their day-to-day delivery. If any delays should occur at Post Danmark will this delay the delivery according to the desired delivery date. Post Danmarks goal about delivery is minimum 97% for letter packages and minimum 99% for parcel. Note that these percentages are average and can cover big local and limited variations. Stayonstickers cannot be held responsible for delays at Post Danmark. In cases of very delayed (several days) or decidedly defaulting deliveries, Stayonstickers will obviously send a new delivery free of charge. REMEMBER always to control the received packages errors or damages because Post Danmark is responsible for damages and must be made aware right away.

Delivery to Bornholm and some islets are not covered by Post Danmarks target of day-to-day delivery as shipments to these areas in some cases can last 2 days. Our base point is always day-to-day delivery.

Shipment to Faroe Islands, Greenland and abroad is possible however, the above guidelines don’t apply to these shipments. You will receive a separate mail with possible extra delivery cost and time

Note that special order can take several days and will not be sent the same day as ordered.


Stayonstickers offers a 2 year guarantee under the Danish Sale of Goods Act, extensive manufacturing and material errors identified during its normal use. The guarantee does not cover defects or damages directly or indirectly caused by improper installation, operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized use. Complaints about defects that should be detected by usual examination of the goods shall be notified by mail or telephone within a reasonable time, however, maximum 3 days and before the product is used.

The product can by agreement be returned for repair, replacement or credit. In cases of complaints caused by any failure of the product we will pay shipping costs. If there are no defects on the product the shipping costs are paid by the buyer.

Product return also takes place to this address. Returns can also be done by refusing to receive or deliver the product personally with us.

It is not a requirement but the expedition will be enhanced if adequate information resulting package - e.g. copy of the order confirmation, registration number and account number for the bank account to which any reimbursement may be, copies of previous correspondence, etc..

In the case of agreed discounts, returned products or prepaid items that are canceled before shipment there must be a full or partial refund of the purchase price. Repayment is usually always by bank transfer and we therefore need information about registration and account number for your bank account. This information is not sensitive and can easily be informed by email or other traditional correspondence.


Stayonstickers offer a 14-day return policy on goods (products that are made according to your instructions can not be returned) from the day they are received. If you choose to cancel a purchase, simply return the item in the same condition as you received it. Correctly supplied goods may only be returned with 20% deduction. All special order which can only be used by the customer can not be returned. When goods are received, returned and approved, the purchase price (including postage and handling) with 20% deduction is refunded to your account within a few days. Personal information

No personal information recorded on Stayonstickers.dk are never transferred, sold or made available to third parties. All information is stored safely.

When using electronic payment a secure encrypted method through Stayonstickers’ shop approved by TELLER A/S is used. Stayonstickers' shop uses cookies to manage the contents of your cart. A cookie is simply the name of a file stored on your own PC. It is also possible to ask the system to save your address details for the next visit. If you later want to delete this information, this can be done via browser settings. In Internet Explorer, for example via the "Tools" menu and menu item "Internet Options". During a purchase we ask for your name, address, telephone number and email address. This information is used solely for processing your order. Information is transmitted and stored electronically in encrypted form and stored for 5 years. The "contract" (purchase agreement) is not stored with Stayonstickers in a way so that you can log in and view or change the status. In addition, we record the IP address from which any purchase is made. The information is normally not used, but can be used in a police investigation. All fraudulent orders will be investigated and reported to the police. You can also optionally have your email address added to a mailing list with Stayonstickers in order to receive news and other information from Stayonstickers. This service can always be subscribed and unsubscribed as you wish. Cf.
